Strength Rehabilitation

Gym rehabilitation is crucial in recovering from work-related injuries. It employs a structured exercise program tailored to each client’s specific needs, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance. Initially, low-impact exercises are used to restore mobility and reduce pain. As the client improves, exercises are gradually intensified. The goal is to return the client to their pre-injury functionality and prevent future injuries through education about body mechanics, posture, and ergonomics. Beyond physical recovery, gym rehabilitation helps improve the client’s confidence and well-being, facilitating a successful return to work.
