Physiotherapy Exercise Classes
Physiotherapists are highly trained health professionals who assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of physical conditions and injuries.
The health and safety of our clients as well as our own team is our highest priority and our reason for being here in the first place! We are dedicated to providing our same high level of care while doing our part to stop the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). As physiotherapists we are trained in and understand infection control guidelines. Our focus at this stage is to protect the wider community and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Having said that, in light of the current situation and guidelines/ recommendations from the government we must respectfully ask, you delay your appointment if you are: unwell, recently returned from travel or been in contact with anybody with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 virus.
Let’s all work together to get through this.

Physiotherapists are highly trained health professionals who assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of physical conditions and injuries.
Dry needling is a modern treatment designed to ease muscular pain through the use of fine needles.
Pilates is a form of exercise that is designed to help you improve strength, posture, flexibility and overall physical fitness.
Remedial massage is a treatment therapy to enhance your general body movement, aid in healing and promote well being.
A musculoskeletal screening involves examining the body, posture and looking for any pre-existing injuries to muscles, tendons and joints within the body.
Occupational Health involves dealing with all aspects of an employees health and safety in the workplace.
The screen can identify restrictions in the way your body moves within your swing so that we can accurately prescribe/develop a program to improve body mechanics and most importantly decrease the risk of injuries associated with your golf game.
An occupational therapist takes a look at the whole person (who you are, what you do and where you are) and together, they help find solutions and strategies so a person can return to activities that are important to them.
