What is Clinical Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that is suitable for just about anyone. It was is designed to help you improve strength, posture, flexibility and overall physical fitness. Clinical Pilates is a fitness practice run by experienced physiotherapists with postgraduate training in the Pilates methodology, which means they have extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and rehabilitation.
